Experience

He has extensive experience in urban planning matters, having advised public sector entities and individuals in the analysis, processing, and development of urban planning instruments all over Spain, with special emphasis on the regions of Catalonia, Madrid, and the Balearic Islands.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in Administrative Procedural Law, both in administrative appeals and before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, having provided legal advice and defence to all types of individuals, commercial companies, and public entities.

He also provides recurring advice on matters relating to regulated sectors, the environment, and on all administrative law issues in major real estate and M&A transactions.
