Gonzalo is a lawyer specialised in providing recurring advice on labor and social security law matters. His experience in this field includes advising private companies from various sectors of activity, as well as public companies and business entities.
His professional experience includes providing daily and ongoing advice, as well as advising on and managing collective issues such as negotiating collective bargaining agreements and other corporate agreements, collective restructuring measures, and geographical and functional mobility of employees. He also has extensive procedural experience, defending the interests of a wide range of companies in all types of labor proceedings.
He also advises various companies on the review of their Social Security and Occupational Risk Prevention obligations.
