Experience
Luis practices as a lawyer specialised in Labor and Employment Law, with experience in negotiations in collective procedures, as well as in the negotiation, application, and interpretation of sectoral collective bargaining agreements.
His field of specialisation covers legal representation and dispute resolution advice in all types of litigation within the social jurisdiction. Similarly, he has extensive experience in preventive advice, both for companies and individuals, in labour and social security matters.
Prior to joining RCD, he worked for three years as a lawyer in the Labour Relations Department of SERUNION, a leading company in the services sector.
