Experience
Miguel specialises in corporate and commercial law, with special expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the stock market (MEVA), the sale and purchase of companies, national and international contracts, as well as closed-end collective investment entities (SCRs and EuVECAs). He is also an expert in national and international investments of a corporate and commercial nature.
He has advised companies from the real estate, construction, restaurant, retail sectors, as well as holding companies, among others.
