Pablo has extensive experience providing legal advice to both national and international companies. As a lawyer in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, he regularly advises entrepreneurs and start-ups, mainly technology-based companies, accompanying his clients throughout all phases of their business projects, as well as advising investors, accelerators, incubators, and corporate groups.
Pablo routinely advises on M&A transactions (share acquisitions, investment rounds, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions), corporate venturing, protection of the legal ownership of intangible assets, and agreements for the assignment of intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as matters related to company law, incentive plans, and other corporate and commercial matters.
