RCD among the most active private equity, venture capital, and M&A advisors for the first semester of 2019
The firm continues the 2018 trend by taking first place as the most active private equity and venture capital advisor for the first semester of 2019 according to TTR
The highly-regarded Transactional Track Record (TTR) ranking, the most comprehensive source of information on transactions in the Iberian market, has ranked RCD as the leading private equity and venture capital advisor according to the numbers from its 2019 first semester report. The firm also placed in the top spots for most active M&A advisors.
These numbers continue the trend of recent years, with an example coming in 2018 when the main venture capital and M&A deal rankings recognized the work of RCD and its professionals among the most active advisors. The firm has also been recognized by Chambers & Partners in the Private Equity: Venture Capital practice as one of the best in Spain (band 1) for the second year running.
TTR ranked RCD as the leading firm in terms of number of private equity and venture capital deals advised in Spain during 2019, and as one of the most active firms in the M&A market. Over the last few years the firm has continued to be a leader in both categories.
On an individual level, four of the firm’s partners–Iñaki Frías, Oscar Alegre, Carles Ros and David Villa–were also ranked among the most active professionals in the market this semester.
These results confirm RCD’s position as one of the main players in the market.
