RCD incorporates Francisco Esteban Bernal as a corporate and commercial partner

RCD, a global, dynamic, and innovative law firm, takes a step further in its growth strategy and its focus on retaining the best talent with the incorporation of Francisco Esteban Bernal as a new partner of the Corporate and Commercial Area in the Seville office
Francisco is specialised in corporate and commercial law and an expert in company and contract law. He takes on the legal management of all types of litigation and arbitration processes of both corporate and contractual nature. Additionally, he regularly advises on M&A operations, venture capital and private equity, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions.
RCD’s new partner obtained his Law Degree at the University of Seville, and completed a Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice with the Cajasol Institute of Studies. Before joining RCD, Francisco advanced in his career at various law firms. He also has extensive academic experience and is recognised as a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, especially in corporate and contractual matters.
This new hire forms a part of the firm's growth strategy. At the end of 2019, the firm announced its integration with DWF –a global legal business based in the United Kingdom and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange–, and, in April 2022, it opened its first office in Andalusia, a region in which the firm already had clients and institutional relationships, and which, like the rest of the firm's offices, operates on a single office basis, responding to the needs of clients in all legal practices and sectors covered by the firm.
