RCD incorporates Manuel Martin Moreta as a partner of the labour law department
The firm maintains its continued commitment to recruiting talent in strategic areas in order to strengthen its growth.
Manuel has extensive experience in ERE (a type of redundancy procedure, Expediente de Regulación de Empleo, in Spanish) and ERTE (a temporary workforce restructuring procedure, Expediente de Regulación Temporal de Empleo, in Spanish) procedures, substantial changes in working conditions, geographic mobility, and labour litigation.
RCD, a leading law firm, takes another step forward in its growth strategy and focuses its efforts on recruiting the very best talent with the incorporation of Manuel Martín as a new partner in the Labour Law Department.
Manuel has extensive experience as a labour law specialist, specifically in ERE (a type of redundancy procedure, Expediente de Regulación de Empleo, in Spanish) and ERTE (a temporary workforce restructuring procedure, Expediente de Regulación Temporal de Empleo, in Spanish) procedures, substantial changes in working conditions, geographic mobility, and labour litigation in both individual and collective proceedings. He also assists and advises General Management and HR departments, as well as employee representative bodies in national and international companies in industries such as restaurants, renewable energies, and technology consultancy.
Manuel has a Law Degree from the University of Salamanca and a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Law from IE Business School. Prior to joining RCD, Manuel pursued his professional career as a partner in several national law firms.
Along with Manuel, Claudia Valero, a lawyer specialising in labour law, also joins the firm. These new hires are added to the recent incorporations in strategic areas carried out by the firm which, together with the expansion of its office in Valencia and the opening of a new office in Córdoba, its second in Andalusia, underline the commitment of the firm to continue down its path of growth.
"Manuel shares our transformative vision of law, spirit, and determination to grow. I am confident that he will contribute positively to the success of our business," says Adolf Rousaud, co-managing partner of RCD.
Ignasi Costas, co-managing partner of RCD, explains that "our commitment is to foster the best talent and promote excellence in the legal field. For this reason, we are certain that the incorporation of Manuel will be another important step forward for the firm".
In turn, Manuel Martín emphasises: "It is an honour to join a renowned law firm such as RCD, with which I share values and a common understanding of law. What the firm represents is inspiring, and I am sure that we will continue to grow together".
