RCD relocates its Madrid offices to an emblematic and historic building, consolidating its position as a gold standard in the legal sector of the city

The firm takes another step forward in its strategic plan with the change of location in Madrid to the emblematic Royal Wax Factory (Real Fábrica de Cera), a disruptive and unique space that fits with the differential value proposition that the firm wishes to offer to clients and collaborators, while meeting its current operational and growth needs

RCD has announced that it has reached a new milestone in its strategic growth plan with the relocation of its Madrid offices to a unique and historic building built in 1788 as the Royal Wax Factory (Real Fábrica de Cera).

The new headquarters reflects the ambitious goal of RCD to become both a firm of reference and a meeting point for companies and professionals in the city. With more than 2,900m² of space spread over five floors, a 450m² multipurpose hall, a 60m² soundproofed audiovisual projection area, as well as various open spaces, including two splendid terraces of more than 200m², the new headquarters is designed to encourage participation, teamwork, and the building of synergies, positioning itself as a meeting point for the business community in Madrid.

The building, located at Calle Palma 10, has specialised areas for meetings, events, and workshops, facilitating direct contact between companies and professionals.

Adolf Rousaud, Co-Managing partner of RCD, praises the change of location: “This new venue is perfect for the achievement of our goals and a milestone in our journey towards excellence and leadership which will allow us to continue to grow and offer a more comfortable, flexible, and efficient working environment for everyone”.

We want our new headquarters to not only be a place to work, but a dynamic space where creativity and technology come together to shape the future. We also aspire to make it a centre of knowledge transfer and collaboration for the business community in Madrid”, concludes Ignasi Costas, Co-Managing partner of RCD.

This new action represents a significant step forward in the growth plan of RCD, reinforcing the commitment of the firm to innovation, excellence, and the transformation of the legal sector in Spain, with the aim of consolidating its position in the market, exploring new opportunities for growth, and offering even greater value to clients and collaborators in Madrid
