RCD strengthens its Public Law Department with the incorporation of Rocío Martín

Rocío has joined the Public, Administrative and Urban Planning Law Department. She has more than twenty years of experience in the sector, especially in the field of procurement.

RCD, a leading law firm, continues to advance in its unwavering growth plan with the addition of Rocío Martín to the Public, Administrative and Urban Planning area. Rocío has over 20 years of experience advising on matters relating to procurement (public and commercial), administrative law, legal advice, and contentious-administrative litigation.

Before joining RCD, Rocío was the Head of Legal Advice and Public Procurement at FGC Mobilitat. She was also Head of Public Procurement at Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya and Cementiris de Barcelona, as well as Head of Coordination of Legal Services at Barcelona de Serveis Municipals. Additionally, she has led projects for the digitalisation of public procurement procedures and has collaborated as a lecturer with the School of Public Administration and in conferences and lectures on socially responsible public procurement.

This hire is the latest in a series of other important moves made by the firm in recent weeks as part of its growth and expansion plan, such as the incorporation of Borja Díaz-Guerra in the Corporate and Commercial area and the change of location in Seville to the tallest skyscraper in Andalusia, Torre Sevilla, a gold standard for high-end offices.
