The firm reaffirms its leadership in Venture Capital, ranking first both by deal value and deal volume reported in the specific ranking published by TTR. The firm also consolidates its position among the most active firms in M&A transactions.
At an individual level, Iñaki Frías, Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Area, occupies a place in the Top-10 of the general transaction ranking. Moreover, Ramon Manyà, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, and Antonio Guerrero, Associate of the Corporate and Commercial Area, have both been recognised as Rising Star Dealmakers.
